About Blue Ribbon Roofing

Blue Ribbon Roofing & Construction is a locally owned company built on craftsmanship, integrity, and personal service. Business partners CJ Pipkin and Jason Arnold bring years of hands-on construction experience to every project—from roof repairs and replacements to framing, masonry, foundations, and custom home construction.

CJ was born in Nashville, but Clarksville is the community he calls home. A former Marine Corps infantry machine gunner and overseas contractor, he brings discipline, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to every job. His experience in the trades spans masonry, block foundations, framing, and roofing. Away from work, CJ enjoys building custom projects, training in mixed martial arts, and spending time with his American Bully, Gator.

Jason is a Fairview, Tennessee native and experienced general contractor who grew up in a family of builders. He learned the trade by working alongside his father and brothers as they built a new family home every few years. By the time Jason graduated from high school, there was never any doubt about what he wanted to do—he was going to build houses.

We aren’t a giant company filled with salespeople or backed by an enormous marketing budget. Nearly all our work comes from referrals and repeat customers, and we believe that says more about our company than any advertisement ever could. Staying intentionally hands-on allows us to give every customer the communication, craftsmanship, and attention to detail they deserve.

When you choose Blue Ribbon, you’re working directly with experienced local contractors who take pride in their work, stand behind what they build, and treat your property as if it were their own.
